In this video, I turn a Jim Beam whiskey bourbon barrel head (top) into a piece of unique wall art. This was my first time working with any part of a bourbon barrel and if you like the smell of bourbon I highly recommend it! All bourbon barrels are made from White Oak, so it’s a nice hardwood to work with. By living so close to all the major bourbon distilleries, there is no shortage of barrels near me.
I learned a lot on this project and it’s always fun to work with new materials. If you learned something or this inspired you to make something of your own, please share it down in the comments, I would love to hear about it!
