  1. I had my co worker watching the video he want to know do u have a video about how to stop the fire from the fire box coming in where the meat at because it burn some of his meat on that end.

  2. Great video Dash,
Around me wood goes for $90 a half cord and $180 a cord. Usually oak here too. You can get hickory, apple, maple

  3. Dash nice video. As you know I could throw some tongue and cheek questions in here like "what do you charge" however, I will refrain…..LOL. Thanks again for educating those of out here that have a passion for BBQ and possibly making some money along the way. I will try and check myself moving forward from the smart a@@ remarks.

  4. My heat comes from propane. (OMG) My smoke comes from wood chips, Apple and Hickory. I will also add chunks of oak as I can get it locally in my area. I have used maple but don't like the flavor it gives off. I usually stock up when I see a sale and keep a lot on hand so I don't run out. Keep on smoking.

  5. Unfortunately i have not been able to catch a live stream yet since i work the hours you live stream. My question is about wood seasoning. Is your wood seasoned or do you build a fire so hot that it doesnt matter ? I have an offset cooker and i am trying to learn my cooker and wood at the same time. Kiln dried wood works the best for me, so far. Whats your take on seasoned vs kiln dried ?

  6. Great video man, here in Ft Worth area I can get Hickory,Pecan,Mesquite,Oak in splits or logs and all those plush apple And Cherry in chunks, like the series and all the videos you put out can’t wait for the live stream tonight

  7. Sup bro? I have a crabapple tree in my yard. I was wondering if you had any experience with it, since where in the same area. Thanks bro.

  8. Great Video but I watched weed killer video, That looks like 10 cord fence row. Then there's the indoor smoking emporium, I'll bet you could hide 10 cords and still not be tight on space. Smoke on!

  9. What's up dash here in Kentucky wood is ready available. Some of the fruit woods are a little bit harder to find. Myself I just have a medium sized Oklahoma Joe grill so I mostly use charcoal and wood chunks.. Looking to get a Weber Smokey mountain here in a couple weeks… Anyhow great video bro

  10. Kansas,we have access to lots different smoking wood…we use mesquite for beef, hickory and apple for everything eles, one of thr reasons k.c has best bbq in the u.s.a….
