I took the video from Steve Ramsey as a challenge to make a simple but never the less useful woodworking project on my own.
I hope all woodworking enthusiasts will accept this challenge and show their simple projects.
This is what I came up with, a simple groove in a piece of wood, which acts as a smartphone holder.

I’ll collect these simple projects on my Facebook page:

    Great job Peter.
    Take care

  3. Pete… I have the same saw… I need to cut off the knife like you did… I did a modification to the dust system to keep the dust to a minimum that flies out the front. .. also I have removed the bottom so when something falls down, it falls through to the floor. ..

  4.   Nice job Peter, I really liked the clamp method you used for accomplishing the groove in the wood.

    Regards,
    Bob
